I have had a couple of their pizzas and they were good, even though they don't have the crust as thin as I like.  I ordered pepperoni pizza in the restaurant once and it had just the right amount of pepperoni, which wasn't overly spicy.  The sauce is good; not too sweet and the cheese was all melty and gooey like the cheese on pizza is meant to be.  Another time, I ordered the veggie pizza for delivery.  It arrived quickly, so was still warm.  The veggies were as represented on the menu and there was a generous portion of them topping the pizza.  The leftovers tasted great cold the next morning, too.

I ordered a sandwich there once, too.  It was so unmemorable that I can't even remember which kind it was.  I would defo recommend that you stick with the pizza here.

Marco's is in a somewhat busy lot, but I've never had trouble finding parking.  They put out pretty coupons and if you haven't ordered from them for a while, they send you even better ones.  I do appreciate a restaurant that acknowledges their customers.

Had a sausage & pepperoni pizza made by Anthony...OMGGG...DELICIOUS! Pizza had the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. I will return to try different items on menu next week.

    Fantastic fresh pizza ~

    UPDATED:
My family really likes ordering from here so we gave them another try. PIzza's were cut correctly for the first attempt and it was an overall great experience that time. I used the coupon the manager had told me I had accrued through my online account so I used that and scored the awesome deal! (sign up for their points!)

Sooo when I was sent down to pick up another order I was relaxed and expecting this to be their "saving grace", and that we would be back on track....

I waited in line and then saw the manager moving to help me after the person in front of me and was feeling pretty good about the customer service...
At first I thought she was glad to see me back and that she was going to be sure my order was correct etc.

Instead I became aware that she was less than happy about the review I had left about the pizzas being cut incorrectly...
Rather than take on the moment right then; I left it there, as I needed to evaluate if it was myself or the restaurant that was more at fault for my negative portion of my experience that prompted the review in question below.

I decided to research the corporate portion of the company itself. After looking up the corporate website, I found that they had a very low score for their own reviews on their own website....
Why should I expect any more from this location???

So I reflected, was it her or me?
Was it the lack of training coupled with an overabundance of desire to succeed that caused my perceived lack of customer service?
Why yes..... I think it was. The manager here cared about the review... was she less than happy with me? yeah... but she ACTUALLY CARES.... so we save the negative reviews for the locations that do not care and she demonstrated without a doubt that she DOES CARE.

To be honest the reviews of corporate on their own site is very telling. The manager here was less than happy with my previous review...  and my pizzas were perfect in every way. No secret messages... just busy employees trying to get the pizzas out to all their hungry customers.

Soooo instead of blasting her via Yelp I will say this....

The two pizza experiences after having badly cut pizzas were perfect both times. That is 6 pizzas cut correctly and she knew it was me so obviously she can ensure that they are right... which makes MY PREVIOUS REVIEW WRONG.

Many other orders have also been perfect long before this. So they had a bad day a couple of times when I ordered.. Yeah that is gonna happen. Unfortunately this happened after a misprinted coupon ($10 less than it should have been)....  which made the customers calling in to use it the "enemy". The manager did not do this.

While she was unhappy with the person that reviewed her negatively; she was only wanting to crush that review into a much better one. This is what anyone would want in a manager. Wouldn't you?

I would suggest to her a slightly less aggressive approach, more of a curve ball low and outside, than a fast ball up and inside brushing them off the plate..... but that's me.... but she keeps pitching! Kudos for that PERIOD!
I have been doing customer service for over 30 years... so I'm not just A pain in the ass customer, I am THE pain in the ass customer; because I earned it... I have dealt with every self righteous "the customer is always right' customer and turned them back around to stick with our company more than anyone I know...
BUT I am fair...... I have been there LOTS of times..... and every now and then I hate the reflection in the mirror and I right the wrong I made myself.... feels good to be able to right a wrong. This manager earned the time it took me to write this....

Can you imagine a world in which we all could admit when we were wrong?

Kudos to whomever hired the young lady that won't quit until she has fixed this place. I can tell she is on her way to doing so..... Give her a raise before someone steals her away to run something else.

    PREVIOUS REVIEW:
You are going to get mailers from here. When you do be sure you are very clear about which one you have. There was a "Primo899" code that was evidently a misprint. It actually was supposed to be a large 2 topping pizza for $18.99 but they still honored the pricing. Here is the catch. When you get your pizza home.... it's cut so wonky there is no way to hand out same sized slices.

I have read this on other reviews and I have a theory. When this location  no longer desires your business they cut your pizza very poorly. I read review after review that mentions this exact issue.

So if you had to talk to the manager and she then cuts your pizza and it's wrong read the previous reviews and see if you feel like the poor preparation job was a subtle message telling you not to come back here.

I got the message loud and clear. They don't want me back. We are going to try Borrelli's as they're the same price without the coupons and we will see if they can cut the pieces straight regardless of which coupon we are using.

As first time customers, we were so excited to try the pizza. Pictures and commercials were very promising, but the whole experience was beyond disappointing. Staff seemed beaten down and the pizza itself tasted like Costco pizza(average). Ordered extra crispy and it looked way undercooked. Chicken crispers were oven heated and nasty. We drove 35 min. each way to leave sad. Not worth the $$, but go to that Thai place right next door!!
